If you're looking for something to keep your baby shower guests entertained, then the free baby shower games below may be just what you're looking for!

Baby Shower Game #1  Guess the Baby Game 
In your baby shower invitation ask each guest to bring with them to the baby shower a picture of themselves as a baby.  (It may be a good idea to remind the guests before the baby shower to bring the photo with them as without the photo they can't be involved in the game.)
Take the picture from each guest as they arrive, and lightly pencil on the back a number, being careful not to damage the photo. Make a list so you can tell later which baby photo corresponds with each guest.
To play the game: give each guest a piece of paper and pencil. Then show all the baby shower guests a photo and tell them the number. Then tell them to write down whose baby photo they think it is. Then continue to do the same with the all the baby photos.  If there are many baby shower guests,pass the photos around as they may not be able to see the photograph clearly.
The baby shower guest who identifies the most baby photos is the winner!

Baby Shower Game # 2  Guess Mom's Tummy Size
This is a baby shower favorite! (Materials you will need: String or yarn and scissors) Have each baby shower guest pull the yarn to the size they believe would fit perfectly around the Mother-To-Be's center of her pregnant tummy.  After all the baby shower guests cut their string, compare the results to the Mommy-To-Be's actual tummy.  Give a prize to the baby shower guest who is the closest!

Baby Shower Game #3   Baby Items Memory Game
Before the baby shower game starts, place15 to 20 small items associated with babies on a tray.  Use items such as: a bottle, pacifier, baby sock, safety pin, baby's brush, baby oil, etc. Give each of your baby shower guests a piece of paper and a pencil to write down their answers.
To begin the baby shower game, bring the tray into the room and place it where all the baby shower guests can see it.  Leave the tray in that position for one minute, and tell the baby shower guests to memorize the items that are on the tray.  Then remove the tray from the room, and give the guests five minutes to write down what all the items were.  The guest who gets the most items correct is the winner! 

Baby Shower Game #4  Diaper Pins & Rice Game
Half fill a large bowl with dry rice. Then take a pack of small gold-colored diaper pins and mix them in with the rice.
Then each baby shower guest takes a turn, while blindfolded, to try and find as many diaper pins as they can in one minute. Make a note of how many safety pins each baby shower guest finds.
The baby shower guest who finds the most diaper pins in one minute is the winner! (This game is tougher then you may think, for the safety pins feel very similar to the rice when blindfolded!)  Be sure to replace all the pins in the bowl of rice before each baby shower guest takes part. 

Baby Shower Game # 5   Baby Bottle Races
This baby shower game gets everyone laughing!  (Materials you will need: Baby bottles with jucie or alternate drink).  Have each baby shower participant take a bottle filled with liquid, and suck the bottle as a baby would.  The woman who drinks the most, in an alloted time, wins the baby shower gift!
