What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received and you would like to return it for a full refund please contact us via email telling us the reason for your displeasure, we will give you an authorization number for returning the product. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

Can sunscreen be used on newborn babies?
There are no sunscreens on the market that are recommended for children under 6 months old. We suggest you keep infants out of direct sunlight and cover them with hats and clothes when you go out.
Why should I choose organic skin care products for my kids?
A majority of products on the market contain toxic ingredients. Children are more susceptible to these chemicals than adults because kids' brains and bodies are still developing. SkinCareBaby does not sell skin care products with harmful substances in them.
Do you test your baby products on animals?
We don't carry the PETA logo for nothing! Our baby skin care products received PETA's Certificate of Appreciation for our compassionate decision to join PETA's Caring Consumer Project with the assurance that animal tests are neither conducted nor commissioned for our products, formulations, or ingredients. Our Diaper Ointment does contain beeswax.
Can I use your baby products if I am pregnant or nursing?
Some essential oils are not good for pregnant women to use. Please check with a doctor before putting any herbs on or into your body.
Should I do a patch test before using your baby products?
SkinCareBaby carries skin care products made from all natural ingredients, yet everyone is different and some people could be allergic. It is best to do a small patch test before using any new product.

How safe are your products and why must you use preservatives?
Our baby products are made in an FDA registered lab and undergo standard bacterial essay (BacT) and before they are ever released to the market undergo CTFA Challenge Testing. Our products are produced using the least amount of preservatives on the market today. We only use a very small amount of a broad spectrum preservative along with up to 14 other natural inhibitors and antioxidants to help with preserving our products. By combining the healing and nutritive benefits of plant extracts and whole food ingredients with the advances of science, we were able to create products that are safe, effective and gentle. In a word, preservatives can guard against impurities and support the healthful actions of nature's finest botanicals, we feel you deserve this kind of protection.
Why do you use plastic bottles instead of glass?
Would you really want to have a glass bottle near a baby's bath tub? We use PET plastic containers which are fully recyclable, so please drop your empty containers in a recycle bin or drop us an email and we will send you a stamped addressed envelope and you can return your empties to us and we will recycle for you!

What you see on the label is what is in the bottle! We have taken the pledge to produce baby skin care products with as natural ingredients as possible.
Are SkinCareBaby's products vegan?
Yes, we are even Certified Vegan! With the exception of our Diaper Ointment, which contains beeswax.
